As first reported by the Daily Mail, the illustrator has turned the likes of Karl Lagerfeld, Anna Wintour and John Galliano into... Smurf characters. Yes, those faces you usually see sitting front row or behind-the-scenes at global fashion shows have now been painted blue and parodied in various situations around a make believe Smurfashion Village. Everyone from Grace Coddington to Marc Jacobs are featured in photos.
The sketches, which you can download from Palombo's website HumorChic, were whipped up to celebrate the legacy of the animated series. It debuted in Belgium in 1958.
